1. Service Description

Molty by Finna provides managed AI assistant infrastructure powered by Moltbot. We host, maintain, and secure your AI gateway so you can focus on using it, not running it.

2. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan or migrate to self-hosted to continue using the service.

3. Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• No refunds for partial months
• Usage overages may result in additional charges

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Molty by Finna for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates the terms of service of connected platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.). We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

5. No Lock-In

Your data is always yours. You can export your complete workspace and migrate to self-hosted Moltbot at any time without penalty. We will never hold your data hostage.

6. Limitation of Liability

Molty by Finna is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from AI-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Open Source

Molty by Finna is built on Moltbot, which is open source under the MIT license. You are free to self-host Moltbot without using our service, subject to the terms of that license.
