Your Data Never Trains Models

We guarantee that your conversations, files, and data are never used to train AI models. This is a contractual commitment, not just a policy.

Data We Collect

• Account information (email, name) via Clerk authentication
• Gateway configuration and channel settings
• Conversation history (encrypted, isolated per tenant)
• Usage metrics for billing and quota management

VM Isolation

Every customer gets a dedicated Firecracker microVM. Your data is physically isolated from other tenants. Even if another customer's gateway is compromised, your data remains secure.

Encryption

• All data encrypted at rest using AES-256
• All communications use TLS 1.3
• Per-tenant encryption keys derived via HKDF
• API keys encrypted with unique IVs per secret

Your Rights

• Export your complete workspace anytime
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Request a copy of your data (GDPR Article 15)
• Migrate from Cloud to self-hosted without lock-in
