Instant updates - Assigning agents, changing status, and setting priority now update instantly instead of waiting for the gateway round-trip
Kanban drag revert - If a drag-and-drop fails to save, the task snaps back to its original column instead of staying in the wrong place
Edit-aware polling - Background polling pauses while you are editing a task, so your changes are not overwritten
Comment fix - Comments containing --- in the body no longer break the task display

Table/card toggle - Switch between a dense table view and the original card grid. Your preference is saved
Region flags - Country flag next to each gateway's region code so you can see at a glance where your gateways are deployed
Clickable rows - Click any row to open the gateway
Sortable columns - Sort by name, region, or creation date
