Guided Setup Wizard

Step-by-step onboarding that configures your gateway, connects a channel, and sends a test message in under two minutes.

What's new

New users now see a guided setup wizard after creating their first gateway. The wizard walks through:

  1. Gateway provisioning - choose a region, wait for the VM to spin up
  2. API key setup - enter your Anthropic or OpenRouter key
  3. Channel connection - connect WhatsApp, Telegram, or another channel
  4. Test message - send a test message to verify everything works

Each step validates before proceeding, so you know the configuration is correct at every point.

Why this matters

Previously, new users had to figure out the configuration flow on their own - provision a gateway, navigate to settings, add an API key, then configure a channel. The wizard reduces setup from several pages of navigation to a single guided flow.
